Nature-Inspired Day of Healing

RemoMy Circles Of Love – with drums and hoops in hand – will be heading over to Sticks & Stones Nature Center and Two Coyotes Wilderness School in Newtown CT this Sunday to help out with their Family Fun Day for about 400 Newtown residents!

music

We’re proud to be a part of this wonderful fun and healing event and help spread the joy of life through hand drums and hula hoops that many of you helped make possible : )

From Darkness Comes Light

xxx-emilie-parker1178-4_3_r560

On a crisp sunny December day here in CT, 2012, the unthinkable happened to my friends, neighbors and coworkers in the neighboring town of Newtown CT,  specifically, the little village of Sandy Hook.

My Circles Of Love and the Hand Drums & Hula-Hoops initiative was conceived and established in direct response to that tragic event and my need – OUR need – to help and move from darkness to the light.

WILL YOU HELP?

Hand Drums & Hula-Hoops For Sandy Hook ElementaryThrough the intrinsic power and exhilarating fun of percussion music, drum circles, rhythmic dancing and hooping, our gift to this school will  help heal the wounds and bring new found light and love to this wonderful community.

The goal is to donate the items to the school in the early spring and facilitate circles of love through a kick-off special event.  I’ll be working with local friends and school personnel to plan a celebration of spring that’s inclusive and fun for all.

If this is something that interests you, please send me a message using the form below or call me and we’ll talk.

Music and dance heal. If you haven’t had a chance to reach out to this community yet, please consider doing it now.

CLICK IN AND DONATE what you can – no amount is too small and any amount is greatly appreciated.

Hand Drums & Hula-Hoops For Sandy Hook ElementaryYour gift of music and dance will help to honor the memory of these beautiful souls and help all who are left behind enjoy the life they have been left to live.

Thank you! and please help spread the word ~ J. Maurice
